We collect only the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, optional phone number and trip details when you request a quotation; your name and contact details when you send an enquiry about an aircraft, brokerage or anything else through our forms; and any notes you include with those requests.

We do not run advertising trackers or third party analytics on this website, and we do not collect payment information here.

Your information is used for one purpose: responding to your request and arranging the service you asked about. Quotation requests and enquiries are delivered to our team by email and recorded so we can follow up personally. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Requests are stored in a secured database hosted with Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany, protected by access controls and encrypted connections. Notification emails are delivered through Resend. Access to your information is limited to the Kinship Aviation team members who handle your request.

The public website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single essential cookie is used only when a member of our team signs in to the administration area.

We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as they are needed to serve you and to maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
